What kind of precautious measures is Tennis-Point introducing?

Wherever possible our colleagues are working in homeoffice and follow the health recommendations to minimise social contact. We are running a strictly divided two shift policy in our warehouse. Within and between shifts workstations and equipment are desinfected regularly.

Can I receive my parcel without personal contact to the delivery driver?

Yes, the established delivery companies have adapted to the situation and offer delivery of the parcels to your front door without the need to sign for it.

Will the shipments be delayed?

At this point Tennis-Point is able to hold the timeframes that are stated on the website and the delivery companies have not reported any major delays.
Please be patient in cases where there might still be a delay due to regular leadtimes into your region.

Can I pick up my parcel in the access point?

In some regions access points are closed due to the situation. Please check your regular pickup.

Can the infection spread via parcels?

The World Health Organisation (WHO) states, that the possibility of getting infected this way is unlikely.
